In these uncertain and challenging times, and with the rapidly escalating nature of the Covid-19 health crisis, I wanted to reach out to all clients to let you know I am here to continue to offer support and guidance over the next few months.

Health and wellbeing are the most important things right now and I am conscious that you don’t want to be worrying about your savings and investments. That’s what I’m here for!

It’s fortunate that a by-product of investment in technology since founding Smarter Financial Planning means I’m able to operate all computer systems and access your records remotely, thereby allowing me to complete virtually all aspects of my work for you away from a physical office, with minimum disruption. We are a paper-free business and Sarah Harvey, who helps with my administration and who is based in Essex, has worked this way since we started. 

We will continue to look after you as before.

Our phone lines will remain open, but we anticipate that email may be the most direct method of contact. 
 
Please get in touch with me any way that you want to, whether that's email, text, WhatsApp or call. Or carrier pigeon for my more remote clients - you know who you are, but I won’t reveal your location! I confess though I’m not yet up to Tweets or FaceBook messages. It’s on my list, but no promises.

In the main, face-to-face meetings have been substituted for the time being with video conferences, courtesy of Zoom. If you’re unfamiliar with this, please take a look at the short video below, or I can help you. You can use a smartphone, iPad, tablet, laptop, desktop PC. You don’t need a webcam.
 
If I get poorly, and Sarah can’t help you, then she has details of my locum Ken Connor who will look after you until I get better! I’ve known Ken for many years, you will be in safe hands.
